- Read carefully the user manual, especially the safety instructions, before using the goggles! Non-observance of these instructions can lead to serious injuries or damage to the goggles. Keep these instructions for further use. When passing the goggles on to third parties, be sure to include the user manual.
- Only use the swimming goggles for surface swimming. Swimming goggles according to ISO 18526-3.
- WARNING! Adults must instruct children and practice with them on the proper use of the goggles.
- Before each use, check all parts of the goggles for damage, functionality and completeness.
- Do not use the goggles if they are damaged or cracked, plastic parts have become porous or deformed.
- Risk of injury! Be careful when adjusting or removing the swimming goggles, especially when they are wet. Do not pull the eyecups away from your face as they may spring back and cause eye damage. We recommend pulling the headband from behind over the head.
- Take off the swimming goggles immediately, if irritations occur.
- Never look directly into sun with swimming goggles and never use these to watch solar eclipses. These swimming goggles are not suitable for protection against artificial light sources, e.g. sunbeds.
- The swimming goggles are not suitable for protecting the eyes from mechanical influences. The swimming goggles are not suitable for driving and are not approved for road traffic. Make sure that the goggle body lies neatly on the skin and that no hair is caught between the face and the sealing cuff. Caught-up hair is the most common cause for water entering.
- Avoid hard impact and do not jump forward into the water with your goggles on. The reinforced glass of the goggles can break due to hard blows, impacts or other massive external influences.
Adjusting the goggles
- Perform a suction test. Place the goggles onto the face without putting the strap around the head and gently press the eyecups to create a suction effect. If the goggles stick to the face for a few moments, the size is correct.
- Adjusting the headband: First release the adjustable holding strap, while opening the fastenings of the holding strap by lateral pressing on the goggles.
- If necessary, enlarge the band to its last stopper and then put on the goggles. Tighten the straps on each side alternately, until the goggle has the ideal fit.
- Use the plastic slides to fix the overcoming endings of the holding strap on both sides.
- This model does not have a adjustable nose bridge.
