  • How do I pair my Pavlok or Shock Clock to my smartphone?

    Download the Pavlok app from the iOS App Store or Android Play Store. Open the app, create an account, and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your device via Bluetooth. If it fails, forget the Bluetooth connection in your phone settings and try again.

  • How do I reset my Pavlok if it is not connecting or responding?

    Plug the device into a power source and hold the middle button for about 10-15 seconds until you feel a long vibrate and see red LEDs. Keep holding until it stops vibrating, which forces a hard reset.

  • Is the Pavlok waterproof?

    The newer Pavlok 3 features an IP67 water resistance rating, allowing temporary submersion in shallow water (like a shower). However, it is not intended for swimming. Older models are strictly not waterproof and should be kept away from water.

  • How long does the Pavlok battery last?

    A fully charged battery typically lasts between 3 to 7 days, depending on your actual usage and the frequency or intensity of the alarms and stimuli.

  • What should I do if I cannot feel the zap stimulus?

    Ensure the wristband is tight enough to make direct skin contact. You can also adjust the zap strength using the Quick Remote slider within the Pavlok mobile app to match your personal sensitivity level.
