Kenya libeteri: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.

Bala Tekanyo: The digital display will illuminate and show your weight. The analog dial will also indicate your weight simultaneously. The reading will flash a few times before settling.
Tloha: Once your weight is displayed and stable, you can step off the scale. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds to conserve battery life.

For consistent results, it is recommended to weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
