- Kenya libeteri: Open the battery compartment on the underside of the scale. Insert the 3 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-). Close the compartment securely.
- Sebaka: Place the scale on a hard, flat, and stable surface. Avoid carpets, rugs, or uneven flooring, as this can affect accuracy.
- Ntlafatso ea Pele: For the first use or after moving the scale, gently step on the scale until the display activates, then step off. The scale will show "0.0" or a similar reading, indicating it is calibrating. Wait for it to turn off automatically. This process ensures accurate readings.

- Tsoela Pele: Gently step onto the center of the scale with bare feet. Stand still and distribute your weight evenly.
- Bala Tekanyo: The digital display will illuminate and show your weight. The analog dial will also indicate your weight simultaneously. The reading will flash a few times before settling.
- Tloha: Once your weight is displayed and stable, you can step off the scale. The scale will automatically turn off after a few seconds to conserve battery life.
For consistent results, it is recommended to weigh yourself at the same time each day, preferably in the morning before breakfast and after using the restroom.
