3. Seta
- Tlosa Setha: Carefully remove all components from the carrying case. Inspect each piece for any signs of damage.
- Khetha Socket e nepahetseng: Identify the appropriate socket size (8mm-32mm) or spark plug socket (16mm, 21mm) required for your task.
- Attach Socket to Ratchet:
- Lokisa drive e sekwere ya sokete le drive e sekwere e hloohong ya ratchet.
- Push the socket firmly onto the ratchet until it clicks into place. The lock button on the ratchet ensures secure fixation.

The Bosch 1/2-inch Drive Ratchet is designed for efficient and comfortable operation.
- Directional Change:
- Locate the intuitive switch on the ratchet head.
- Flick the switch to the left for loosening (counter-clockwise rotation) or to the right for tightening (clockwise rotation).

- Position the socket firmly onto the fastener.
- Apply steady pressure to the handle and rotate the ratchet. The 72-tooth gear allows for a 5° working angle, enabling use in confined spaces.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your Bosch Ratchet Socket Set.
- Ho hloekisa: After each use, wipe down all components with a clean, dry cloth to remove dirt, grease, and debris. For stubborn grime, use a mild degreaser and ensure all parts are thoroughly dried afterward.
- Lubrication: The ratchet mechanism benefits from periodic lubrication. Apply a small amount of high-quality grease or oil to the internal gear mechanism to ensure smooth operation and prevent wear. It is recommended to lubricate the ratchet before its first use, as it may not be pre-lubricated from the factory.
- Polokelo: Always store the set in its original carrying case in a dry environment to prevent rust and damage.
- Tlhahlobo: Regularly inspect sockets, extension bars, and the ratchet for any signs of wear, cracks, or damage. Replace any damaged components immediately to ensure safety and performance.

- Ensure the socket size matches the drive size (1/2-inch).
- Verify that the lock button is not stuck or obstructed.

- Check for any foreign objects or excessive dirt within the ratchet head.
- Ratchet slips or does not engage:
- Ensure the directional switch is fully engaged in either the tightening or loosening position.
