4. Kopano le Setupo
Assembly of the Smart Steps® Trend Plus 2-in-1 Walker is straightforward. Please follow these general steps. Refer to the detailed PDF instructions for specific diagrams and steps if available (see Support section).

- Insert the support legs into the designated slots on the base and main tray assembly.

- Confirm all connections are firm and secure before first use.

5. Litaelo tsa Ts'ebetso
5.1 Ho Fetola Botelele
The walker features a 3-position height adjustment to grow with your child. To adjust the height:
- Ensure your child is not in the walker.
- Locate the height adjustment buttons or levers, typically found on the walker's legs or frame.
- Press the buttons/levers and simultaneously raise or lower the walker to the desired height.
- Ensure both sides are adjusted to the same height and that the locking mechanisms are fully engaged before placing your child back in the walker.
5.2 Using the Activity Tray and Toys
The large activity tray provides a stable surface for play and snacks. The included STEM-based toys are designed to be engaging and can be removed for play outside the walker.
- To remove toys: Gently pull the toys upwards from their base on the tray.
- To reattach toys: Align the toy's base with the corresponding slot on the tray and press down firmly until it clicks into place.

5.3 2-in-1 Functionality (Walker to Walk-Behind)
This product can transition from a traditional seated walker to a walk-behind aid. To convert:
- Ensure your child is not in the walker.
- Locate the conversion mechanism, typically a latch or button that allows the seat assembly to be folded or removed, and the rear handle to be extended or rotated into position.
- Follow the specific instructions in your detailed manual to safely convert the unit.
- Once converted, ensure all parts are securely locked for walk-behind use.
6. Tlhokomelo le Tlhokomelo
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and hygiene of your Smart Steps® Trend Plus 2-in-1 Walker.
- Setulo sa Setulo: The high-back padded seat is easy to clean. Remove the seat pad from the frame. Hand wash with mild soap and cold water, or machine wash on a gentle cycle. Air dry completely before reattaching.

- Locate the folding mechanism (refer to your detailed manual for specific instructions).
- Engage the mechanism to collapse the walker into its flat position.
