The Airmega 400S uses a HyperCaptive Filtration System. The filters are typically wrapped in plastic for protection during shipping and must be unwrapped before use.
- Locate the side panels of the air purifier. Gently pull to remove them.
- Inside, you will find the pre-filters and the Max2 filters (Activated Carbon + Green True HEPA™).
- Remove all plastic packaging from the Max2 filters. The pre-filters do not have plastic wrapping.
- Insert the Max2 filters into their designated slots, ensuring they are correctly oriented.
- Place the pre-filters over the Max2 filters.
- Reattach the side panels securely.

3. Smart Modes
The Airmega 400S features three smart modes to optimize air purification and energy consumption. Press the Konopo ea Mokhoa ho kgetha mokgwa.
- Mokhoa oa Auto: The unit automatically adjusts fan speed based on real-time air quality. When air quality is good, fan speed is low; when unhealthy, fan speed increases.
- Mokhoa oa Eco: If the air quality remains purified for 30 minutes or more, the fan will turn off to conserve energy. It will automatically reactivate when pollution is detected.
- Mokhoa oa ho robala: When the built-in light and pollution sensors detect darkness and clean air for 3 minutes, the unit reduces noise and power consumption by operating at a very low fan speed.

1. Filter Alerts and Replacement
The unit features a filter indicator that notifies you when maintenance is required.
