This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, programming, operation, and maintenance of the UHPPOTE HBK-A02 125KHz RFID Standalone Door Access Control Keypad. This device is designed to provide secure access control for various applications, supporting up to 1000 card users.

4. Ho kenya
Proper installation is crucial for the optimal performance and security of your access control keypad. Ensure all power is disconnected before beginning installation.
4.1 Ho kenya Keypad
- Choose a suitable mounting location near the door, ensuring it is protected from direct weather exposure if installed outdoors.
- Use the provided mounting screws to secure the back plate of the keypad to the wall.
- Route the necessary wiring through the wall or conduit to the keypad's connection point.
- Attach the keypad front panel to the back plate after wiring is complete.

4.2 Mahokelo a Wiring
The HBK-A02 keypad requires a 12V DC power supply. Carefully follow the wiring diagrams below. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or connected components.

4.2.1 Common Power Supply Diagram
This diagram illustrates connections when using a single power supply for both the keypad and the electric lock.

5. Lenaneo
The keypad is programmed directly using the numeric buttons. The default master code is 123456.
5.1 Ho Kena Mokhoeng oa Lenaneo
- Tobetsa *.
- Enter the 6-digit Master Code (default: 123456).
- Tobetsa #.
- The red LED will flash, indicating programming mode.
5.2 Exiting Programming Mode
Tobetsa * to exit programming mode at any time.
5.3 Ho Fetola Master Code
- Kenya Mokhoa oa Lenaneo.
- Tobetsa 0.
- Enter the new 6-digit Master Code.
- Enter the new 6-digit Master Code again to confirm.
- Tobetsa #.
- Tsoa ho Lenaneo la Mokhoa.
5.4 Adding User Cards/Codes
The keypad supports up to 1000 user cards or codes.
- Kenya Mokhoa oa Lenaneo.
- Tobetsa 1.
- For RFID cards: Present the card to the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm. Repeat for additional cards.
- For User Codes: Enter a 4-digit to 6-digit user code, then press #. Enter the code again and press # ho tiisa.
- Tsoa ho Lenaneo la Mokhoa.
5.5 Deleting User Cards/Codes
- Kenya Mokhoa oa Lenaneo.
- Tobetsa 2.
- For RFID cards: Present the card to the keypad. The keypad will beep to confirm deletion. Repeat for additional cards.
- For User Codes: Enter the 4-digit to 6-digit user code to delete, then press #.
- Tsoa ho Lenaneo la Mokhoa.
5.6 Setting Relay Unlock Time
This sets how long the door remains unlocked after a valid access. The default is 5 seconds.

- Enter a 2-digit number for the unlock time in seconds (e.g., 05 metsotsoana e 5, 00 bakeng sa metsotsoana e 0.2).

6. Ts'ebetso
6.1 Gaining Access
- Using an RFID Card: Present a registered RFID card to the keypad. The keypad will beep, and the door will unlock for the set duration.
- Ho sebelisa Code User: Enter your registered user code (4-6 digits) followed by #. The keypad will beep, and the door will unlock for the set duration.
6.2 Mosebetsi oa Tšepe ea Monyako
Tobetsa ea Bell button on the keypad to activate an external doorbell (if connected).
7. Tlhokomelo
- Ho hloekisa: Wipe the keypad surface with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Tšireletso ea Tikoloho: Ensure the keypad is protected from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and moisture to prolong its lifespan.
- Teko ea Kamehla: Periodically test the keypad's functionality, including card/code access and the exit button, to ensure proper operation.
