1. Litaelo tsa Bohlokoa tsa Tšireletso
Read all instructions before using the appliance. Keep this manual for future reference. Always follow basic safety precautions to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Tšireletseho ea Motlakase: Ensure the appliance is connected to a properly grounded 230V power outlet. Do not use extension cords or adapters. Unplug the machine before cleaning, maintenance, or if it will be unused for an extended period.

- Tšireletseho ea Bana: This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless supervised. Activate the Senotlolo sa Ngoana feature to prevent children from operating the machine or changing settings during a cycle.
- Ho Bea Sesebediswa: Do not install or store the appliance where it will be exposed to weather or freezing temperatures.
- Ts'ebetso: Do not wash items that are soiled with flammable substances. Do not touch the drum during or immediately after a wash cycle as it may be hot.
2. Sehlahisoa Overview
The Midea 9 Kg Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine (MFG17W90B/T-IND) is designed for efficient and hygienic laundry care. It features a 9 kg capacity, an Inverter Motor for quiet operation, 15 wash programs, and Hygiene Pro System technology.

3. Ho kenya le ho seta
3.1 Ho phutha
Carefully remove all packaging materials, including the polystyrene base and any transit bolts from the rear of the machine. Keep the transit bolts for future transportation of the appliance.
3.2 Litlhoko tsa Sebaka
Place the washing machine on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and maintenance. Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures.
3.3 Ho leka-lekanya Sesebediswa
Adjust the adjustable feet at the bottom of the machine to ensure it is perfectly level and stable. A level machine reduces vibration and noise during operation.
3.4 Khokahanyo ea Phepelo ea Metsi
Connect the supplied fill hose to the cold water tap and the corresponding inlet on the back of the washing machine. Ensure all connections are tight to prevent leaks.
3.5 Drain Hose Connection
Securely place the drain hose into a standpipe or over the edge of a sink, ensuring it is at the correct height (between 60 cm and 100 cm from the floor) and not kinked or blocked.
3.6 Khokelo ea Motlakase
Plug the power cord into a grounded 230V, 50Hz electrical outlet. Do not share the outlet with other high-power appliances.

4. Ho Sebelisa Mochini oa Hao oa ho Hlatsoa
4.1 Phanele ea Taolo e Felletseview
The control panel features a program selection dial, an LED display, and various function buttons for customizing your wash cycle.

4.2 Pele o e Sebelisa Pele
Run an empty wash cycle with a small amount of detergent to clean the drum and remove any manufacturing residues.
4.3 Ho Loading Laundry
Open the door and load laundry into the drum. Do not exceed the 9 kg boima. For best results, mix large and small items to ensure a balanced load.
4.4 Ho eketsa Sehlapa le Lisebelisoa
Pull out the detergent dispenser drawer. Add appropriate amounts of detergent and any desired additives (e.g., fabric softener) to their respective compartments. Use only detergents suitable for front-load washing machines.
4.5 Ho Khetha Lenaneo la ho Hlatsoa
Turn the program selection dial to choose one of the 15 available wash programs:
- K'hothone: Bakeng sa lintho tsa k'hothone.
- Synthetic: Bakeng sa masela a maiketsetso.
- Kopanya: Bakeng sa meroalo e tsoakiloeng ea k'hothone le li-synthetics.
- Cold Wash: For delicate items requiring cold water.
- Liaparo tsa lipapali: For sports apparel.
- Tlhokomelo ea Bana: For baby clothes, ensuring thorough rinsing.
- Jeans: Specific program for denim.
- Hlatsoa&Spin Bakeng sa ho hlatswa le ho ohla dintho.
- Spin Feela: For draining and spinning excess water.
- Bongata: For large or heavy items like blankets.
- Boea: For wool garments.
- Tlhokomelo e Bonolo: For very delicate items.
- Cotton Eco: Hlatsoa k'hothone e bolokang matla.
- Kapele 15: A rapid 15-minute wash for lightly soiled items.
- Ka potlako 45: A 45-minute quick wash cycle.
4.6 Ho qala Potoloho ea ho Hlatsoa
After selecting the program and any desired options (temperature, spin speed), press the Qala/ Emisa hanyane konopo ho qala potoloho.
4.7 Ho lieha ho sebetsa
The Mosebetsi oa ho lieha allows you to set a time for the wash cycle to start automatically later. Press the 'Delay' button repeatedly to select the desired delay time.

4.8 Senotlolo sa Bana
Ho kenya tshebetsong the Senotlolo sa Ngoana, press and hold the designated buttons (refer to your control panel for specific buttons, often 'Temp' and 'Func.' or similar) for a few seconds until the child lock indicator appears. This disables all buttons to prevent accidental changes during operation.
5. Features and Technologies
5.1 Hygiene Pro System
The Hygiene Pro System ensures a cleaner and more hygienic washing environment. It combines:
- Auto Clean Drum: A dedicated program to clean the inner drum.
- Easy Spray Technology: Rinses away detergent residue from the door and gasket.
- Anti-Bacterial Gasket: Prevents bacteria buildup around the door seal.

5.2 Inverter Motor and High Spin Speed
E tsoetseng pele Motlakase oa motlakase adjusts washing performance based on the load, providing energy-efficient operation with reduced noise and vibration. A high 1400 RPM spin speed efficiently removes excess water, leading to faster drying times.

5.3 Quick Wash
The 15-Minute Quick Wash program is ideal for lightly soiled clothes or when you need a fast refresh. It provides efficient cleaning in a short cycle time.

6. Tlhokomelo le Tlhokomelo
Tlhokomelo ea kamehla e netefatsa ts'ebetso e nepahetseng mme e lelefatsa nako ea bophelo ea mochini oa hau oa ho hlatsoa.
6.1 Ho hloekisa Moropa
Sebelisa se hahiloeng Self Clean Drum Technology program periodically to remove detergent residues and bacteria from the drum, maintaining hygiene.
6.2 Ho Hloekisa Sets'oants'o sa Litlhapi
Remove the detergent dispenser drawer and rinse it under running water to clear any accumulated detergent or softener residue. Clean the housing of the drawer with a brush.
6.3 Ho Hloekisa Sefe
Locate the drain pump filter (usually at the bottom front of the machine). Open the cover, drain any residual water, and carefully remove and clean the filter of lint and foreign objects. Reinstall securely.
6.4 Ho Hloekisa Bokantle
