Please read all instructions carefully before using the appliance and keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- Tšireletso e omeletseng: The dispenser is equipped with boil-dry protection. If the water level is too low, the unit will automatically shut off to prevent damage.
- Safety Lock: A safety lock feature prevents accidental dispensing of hot water. Always unlock before dispensing.
- Tlhokomeliso ea Khatello: After the water boils and stops boiling, wait for 3 minutes before pressing the dispense button. This avoids an imbalance of pressure in the thermos pot, which could result in unsmooth water dispensing.

- Tšireletseho ea Lintho: The hot water pot is BPA and PFOA free, featuring a high borosilicate glass body and a fully removable stainless steel inner lid for healthy and safe use.

The Joydeem Hot Water Dispenser JD-DSP203 is a versatile countertop appliance designed for rapid water heating and maintaining desired temperatures. It is ideal for preparing baby formula, tea, coffee, oatmeal, or pasta, suitable for both home and office use.

3. Seta
3.1 Ho ntsha le ho hlwekisa pele

- Wash the removable lid and the interior of the glass pot with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.

- Fill the glass pot with purified water. Tap water can also be used, but purified water is recommended to minimize scale buildup.
- Ensure the water level is between the MIN (1L) and MAX (3L) marks on the side of the pot. Do not overfill.

3.3 Khokelo ea Matla
- Plug the removable power cord firmly into the power inlet at the back of the dispenser.
- Plug the other end of the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.

4. Litaelo tsa Ts'ebetso
4.1 Activating the Unit
- After plugging in the power cord, press any key on the machine to turn it on. The display will light up.
4.2 Toggling Temperature Units (°C/°F)
- The default display is in Fahrenheit (°F). To switch between °F and °C, press the Notlolla le Ho pheha ka letsoho likonopo ka nako e le 'ngoe bakeng sa metsotsoana e 2.
4.3 Boiling Water Directly
- To boil water to 100°C (212°F) without a specific keep warm temperature, simply press and hold the Ho pheha ka letsoho button. The unit will start boiling.
4.4 Setting Keep Warm Temperature
- To boil water and then cool down to a fixed temperature, press the Ho pheha ka letsoho button repeatedly to cycle through the 5 available keep warm temperatures: 113°F/131°F/149°F/167°F/185°F (45°C/55°C/65°C/75°C/85°C).
- After selecting your desired temperature, the dispenser will enter heating or keep warm mode after 3 seconds of no operation. It can maintain the temperature for up to 48 hours.

4.5 Ho fana ka Metsi
- Tobetsa ea Notlolla button once to unlock the dispenser.
- Tobetsa o hatelle Hlahisa button to release water. Release the button to stop dispensing.

5. Tlhokomelo & Tlhoekiso
5.1 Tlhoekiso e Akaretsang
- Always unplug the dispenser and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- The removable lid and glass pot can be hand washed with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly.

5.2 Ho theoha
- If scale forms due to tap water usage, add lemon slices or white vinegar to the pot, fill with water, bring to a boil, and then pour out to clean. Repeat if necessary.

- Water not dispensing smoothly: If water dispenses unevenly after boiling, ensure you wait at least 3 minutes after the water stops boiling before pressing the dispense button. This allows internal pressure to equalize.
- Yuniti e sa bulelang: Check if the power cord is securely plugged into both the dispenser and the electrical outlet. Press any key to activate the display.
- Metsi ha a futhumatse: Ensure the unit is powered on and a temperature setting or boiling mode has been selected. Check for boil-dry protection activation (add water if needed).
- Scale buildup: If using tap water, regular descaling as described in the Maintenance section is recommended to prevent mineral buildup.
