2. Bluetooth pairing

  • Fetola Mekhoa: Press and hold the touch sensor on the left earbud for approximately 2 seconds to cycle through Noise Cancelling ON, Ambient Sound ON, and Noise Cancelling OFF.
  • Quick Ambient Sound: This function allows you to hear your surroundings without removing the earphones, useful for conversations.

  • Kenya tshebetsong/Thibela: Press and hold the touch sensor on the right earbud for approximately 2 seconds to toggle Low Latency Mode ON/OFF.

If you encounter issues with your HA-XC72T headphones, refer to the following common solutions:

No Sound from One Earbud (or other pairing issues)

If only one earbud is producing sound, or if you experience other pairing difficulties, try the following steps:

  1. Place both left and right earphones back into the charging case.
  2. Take both left and right earphones out of the case simultaneously. Check if the issue is resolved.
  3. If the issue persists, delete the "HA-XC72T" Bluetooth registration from your device's Bluetooth settings and attempt to re-pair.
  4. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, perform a factory reset (initialization) as follows:

Factory Reset (Initialization) Steps:

  1. Place both left and right earphones into the charging case. Ensure the charging lamps are lit, indicating they are charging.
  2. While the earphones are in the case, press and hold the touch sensors on both the left and right earphones for approximately 15 seconds. The lamp will blink or its reaction will change, indicating initialization is in progress. Perform this for both earbuds.
  3. Release your fingers from the touch sensors and close the charging case lid.
  4. Wait for approximately 10-20 seconds.
  5. Take both left and right earphones out of the case simultaneously. The earphones will begin synchronizing with each other again.
  6. On your smartphone or device, open the Bluetooth settings. If "HA-XC72T" is still listed, select "Forget Device" or "Delete Device".
  7. Perform the Bluetooth pairing process again from step 1 of the "Bluetooth Pairing" section.
