2. Connect the Micro USB-C cable from the Floodlight Mount to your Blink Outdoor 4 camera. This provides power to the camera from the floodlight's D-Cell batteries.
3. Open the Blink Home Monitor app on your smartphone.
4. Follow the in-app instructions to link the Floodlight Mount with your Blink Outdoor 4 camera system. This typically involves adding the floodlight as an accessory to your existing camera setup.

Operating the Floodlight Mount

The Floodlight Mount enhances your Blink Outdoor 4 camera's capabilities with powerful illumination.

1. Motion-Triggered Lighting

When motion is detected by your Blink Outdoor 4 camera, the Floodlight Mount's 700-lumen LED lights will automatically activate, illuminating the area. You will also receive notifications on your smartphone via the Blink app.

2. Manual Control via Blink App

You can manually control the floodlight's illumination and your Blink Outdoor 4 camera directly from the Blink Home Monitor app. This allows you to turn the lights on or off as needed, independent of motion detection.

3. Alexa Integration

When connected to your Blink Outdoor 4 camera, the Floodlight Mount can be controlled using Alexa-enabled devices. You can use voice commands to:

• Stream HD live video from your camera.
• Arm and disarm your Blink system.
• Activate the floodlight's lights.
