4. Optional Port Module Installation

  5. Install Port Module: Attach the rubber washers to the M6 flange 10mm hex head bolts. Pass the bolts through the subwoofer enclosure through the outermost holes, threading them into the port module. Install all four bolts using a 10mm socket. The last two 10mm bolts thread in the opposite direction; start from the port and thread into the enclosure.
  6. Reinstall Subwoofer into Enclosure: Reconnect the power wires to the subwoofer, ensuring proper polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative). Place the subwoofer back into the enclosure, aligning the holes. Reinstall the eight screws that secure the subwoofer.
  7. Reinstall Enclosure into Vehicle: Place the modified enclosure back into the vehicle. Reconnect the speaker wires to the enclosure's spring-loaded terminals, ensuring correct polarity. Secure the enclosure in place.
