Tlhophiso
- Ho phutha: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the dispenser for any damage. Retain packaging for future transport if needed.
- Sebaka: Place the appliance on a stable, flat, heat-resistant surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
- Tlhoekiso ea Pele: Before first use, clean the water tank and drip tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the exterior of the unit with a damp lesela.
- Ho Kenya Tanka ea Metsi: Fill the removable water tank with fresh, cold tap water up to the MAX line. Ensure the water filter is correctly inserted into the tank. Place the filled water tank securely onto the base of the dispenser.
- Khokelo ea Matla: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The display will illuminate, indicating the unit is ready for use.
- Tšebeliso ea Pele: It is recommended to run at least two full cycles of hot water (at the highest temperature setting) without consuming the water to flush out any manufacturing residues.

- Matlafatsa: Ensure the dispenser is plugged in and the water tank is filled. The digital display will show the current status.
- Khetha Mocheso: Use the temperature selection buttons on the sensor-touch control panel to choose your desired water temperature. Available temperatures typically range from 100°F to 212°F (boiling).
- Select Cup Size (if applicable): If your model supports adjustable cup sizes, use the corresponding buttons to select the volume of water to dispense.
- Pheha Metsi: Place a cup or container on the drip tray. Press the dispense button. The unit will rapidly heat and dispense the selected amount of water at the chosen temperature.
- Emisa ho aba: To stop dispensing water before the selected volume is reached, press the dispense button again.
- Safety Lock: Some models include a safety lock feature. Refer to the display icons for activation and deactivation to prevent accidental dispensing.

- Use a commercial descaling solution suitable for hot water dispensers, following the manufacturer's instructions.

- Run the descaling solution through the unit, then rinse by running several cycles of fresh water.
