  4. Place the assembled jar onto the motor unit, aligning the grooves. Turn clockwise until it locks securely into place. The appliance will not operate if the jar is not correctly locked.
  5. Add your ingredients to the jar. Do not overfill beyond the maximum fill line indicated on the jar.
  6. Place the lid onto the jar and turn clockwise until it locks securely. Ensure the feeder tube is aligned if using the processing bowl.

  • Incher/Pulse: Provides short bursts of power at maximum speed. Useful for coarse chopping, quick blending, or when precise control is needed. Turn the knob to 'P' and release.

Using the Processing Bowl (Chopping, Slicing, Grating):

  1. Assemble the processing bowl with the desired blade (e.g., chopping blade) or disc (e.g., slicing disc) as described in Section 3.
  2. Add ingredients to the bowl. For chopping, cut large items into smaller pieces that fit comfortably. For slicing/grating, feed ingredients through the feeder tube using the pusher.
  3. Secure the lid and ensure it is locked.
  4. Select the desired speed or use the pulse function. Process until the desired consistency is achieved.
  5. Once finished, turn the speed knob to 'OFF', unplug the appliance, and wait for the blades to stop completely before unlocking and removing the lid and bowl.

Using the Liquidizing Jar (Blending, Pureeing):

  1. Assemble the liquidizing jar with its blade assembly onto the motor unit.
  2. Add liquids and soft ingredients. Ensure the lid is securely closed.
  3. Select a suitable speed (typically Speed 2 or 3) and blend until smooth.
  4. Always turn off and unplug before opening.

Using the Chutney Jar (Grinding Small Quantities):

  1. Attach the chutney jar with its blade assembly to the motor unit.
  2. Add small quantities of spices, herbs, or other ingredients.
  3. Secure the lid. Use the pulse function or Speed 1/2 for short intervals to achieve desired consistency.

  1. Assemble the appropriate juicer attachment onto the motor unit according to the instructions provided with the attachment.

  3. Ensure a collection container is placed to catch the juice.
  4. Operate at the recommended speed for juicing.
