  • Mohloli oa Matla: Connect the unit only to the type of power source indicated on the unit's marking label.

1. Ho phutholla le ho Beha

Carefully remove the unit and all accessories from the packaging. Place the main unit on a flat, stable surface, ensuring proper ventilation around it.

Connect the speaker cables to the corresponding terminals on the main unit and the speakers. Ensure correct polarity (red to red, black to black) for optimal sound quality. Incorrect polarity can result in poor bass response.

3. Khokahano ea Antenna

  • FM Lenakana: Connect the supplied FM indoor antenna to the FM 75Ω coaxial terminal. Extend the antenna fully for best reception.
  • AM Antenna: Connect the supplied AM loop antenna to the AM terminals. Rotate the antenna for optimal AM reception.

4. Khokelo ea Matla

After all other connections are made, plug the AC power cord into a wall outlet. The unit will enter standby mode.

1. Ts'ebetso ea Motheo

  • Tlosa/Tima: Tobetsa ea MATLA button on the front panel or remote control to turn the unit on or off (standby).
  • Taolo ea Bolumo: Rotate the BOLUMO konopo kapa sebelisa BUKENG +/- likonopo ho remote control ho lokisa boemo ba molumo.
  • Khetho ea Mohloli: Tobetsa ea MOSEBETSI or MOHLOLI button repeatedly to cycle through available sources (CD, Tuner, Tape, AUX).

2. CD Playback

  1. Tobetsa ea CD button to select the CD function.
  2. Tobetsa ea BULETSENG/KOTLOA konopo ea ho bula terei ea CD.
  3. Place a CD with the label side up in the tray.
  4. Tobetsa BULETSENG/KOTLOA again to close the tray. Playback will start automatically or press BAPALA.
  5. Sebelisa TLAMA buttons to skip tracks and EMA or PHETHA bakeng sa taolo ea ho bapala.

3. Radio Tuning

  1. Tobetsa ea MOTSAMAI/ SEHLOPHA button to select FM or AM.
  2. Tobetsa ea HO HLOKA +/- dikonopo tsa ho lokisa seteishene ka letsoho.
  3. For automatic tuning, press and hold HO HLOKA +/- until the frequency starts scanning.
  4. To preset stations, tune to the desired station, then press KHOPOTSO followed by a preset number button.

4. Cassette Playback (if applicable)

Note: Some models in this series may not include a cassette deck.

  1. Tobetsa ea MOHAPI button to select the cassette function.
  2. Tobetsa ea OPEN/EJECT button to open the cassette deck.
  3. Kenya theipi ea khasete.
  4. Tobetsa BAPALA ho qala ho bapala.
  5. Sebelisa PUSELETSO, PHAKANG PELE, EMA, le PHETHA bakeng sa taolo.

If the unit will not be used for an extended period, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
