  1. Carefully place the multi-port valve onto the filter tank, aligning the standpipe with the valve's opening.
  2. Secure the valve to the tank using the provided clamp or bolts, ensuring a tight seal.
  3. Connect the plumbing from the pump to the "PUMP" port on the valve.
  4. Connect the plumbing to the pool return lines to the "RETURN" port on the valve.
  5. Connect a waste line to the "WASTE" port on the valve, directing water to an appropriate drainage area.
  6. Install the pressure gauge into the designated port on the valve.

  • RINSE: Used after backwashing to settle the sand and flush any remaining dirty water to waste before returning to FILTER mode.
  • MATLAKALA/METSI A TS'OETSO: Bypasses the filter, sending water directly from the pool to the waste line. Useful for vacuuming heavy debris or lowering pool water level.
