Thank you for choosing the TOOLPORT FLEX Smart 3x2m Party Tent. This manual provides essential information for the safe assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new party tent. Please read these instructions carefully before setup and retain them for future reference.

4. Litaelo tsa ho seta
Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have at least two people for setup.
- Hlakola le ho Hlopha: Carefully unpack all components and sort them according to the parts list in the separate assembly instructions. The tubes are numbered for easier identification.
- Kopanya Frame:
- Connect the galvanized steel tubes (approx. 38mm diameter) using the connectors (approx. 42mm diameter).
- Secure connections with butterfly screws for strong load resistance.

- Install the Roof Canopy: Place the single-piece PE roof canopy over the assembled frame. Ensure it is centered and evenly distributed.
- Attach Side and Gable Panels:
- Attach the side panels and gable end panels to the frame using the provided elastic loops and Velcro fasteners.
- The side panels feature wind deflectors and windows.
- The entrance gable has a zipper door for easy access.

- Sireletsa Tente:
- Use the ground pegs/stakes and guy ropes to firmly anchor the tent to the ground.
- Ensure all foot plates (approx. 9.5 cm diameter) are securely fastened.

5. Litaelo tsa Ts'ebetso
The TOOLPORT FLEX Smart Party Tent is designed for temporary outdoor use, ideal for parties and events. Its high-quality PE 450 N canopy is 100% waterproof and UV resistant, providing protection from sun and light rain.
- Maemo a Leholimo: While the tent offers protection from sun and rain, it is not designed for strong winds or heavy snowfall. Always monitor weather forecasts and dismantle the tent if adverse conditions are expected.
- Moea oa moea: The side panels can be partially or fully removed to allow for optimal air circulation and temperature regulation.
- Keno: The entrance gable features a zipper door for convenient access.

6. Tlhokomelo
Proper maintenance will extend the lifespan of your tent:
- Ho hloekisa: Clean the canopy and side panels with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the fabric.
- Ho omisa: Ensure all fabric components are completely dry before packing away to prevent mold and mildew.
- Polokelo: Boloka tente sebakeng se pholileng, se omileng, hole le khanya ea letsatsi le mocheso o feteletseng.
- Tlhahlobo ea Frame: Periodically inspect the galvanized steel frame for any signs of damage or corrosion. Replace damaged parts as needed.
7. Ho rarolla mathata
If you encounter issues with your tent, consider the following:
- Ho hloka botsitso: Ensure all frame connections are securely bolted and the tent is properly anchored to the ground with all pegs and guy ropes. High winds require extra precautions or dismantling.
- Ho Dutla ha Metsi: Check that the roof canopy is correctly installed and tensioned. The seams are thermo-welded for waterproofing.
- Bothata ba ho Kopanya: Refer to the numbered tubes and the detailed assembly instructions provided. Ensure you have sufficient help.
