3. AC Output Connection

The inverter offers two methods for AC output:

  1. Lisebelisoa tsa AC: The inverter has four standard AC receptacles, each capable of handling up to 1500W. Plug your AC devices directly into these outlets.
  2. AC Direct Connect Terminal Block: For hardwiring applications and to utilize the full 5000W output, use the AC Direct Connect Terminal Block.
    • Connect the Live (L) wire to the 'Live' terminal.
    • Connect the Neutral (N) wire to the 'Neutral' terminal.
    • Connect the Earth (G) wire to the 'Earth' terminal.
    • Ensure the main power ON/OFF switch is OFF when connecting to the AC Terminal Block. The inverter's full power is available through this block.

1. Ho tima/Ho tima

To turn the inverter ON, switch the main power switch to the 'ON' position. To turn it OFF, switch it to the 'OFF' position. Always ensure all loads are disconnected before powering off for extended periods.

2. Monitoring Indicators

The inverter features several indicators on its control panel:

  • Battery Voltage Mita: Displays the current DC input voltage from your battery bank.
  • DC Amp Metara: Shows the current draw from the battery bank.
  • Over Temp LED Indicator: Illuminates if the inverter's internal temperature exceeds safe operating limits.
  • Over Load LED Indicator: Illuminates if the connected AC load exceeds the inverter's continuous or surge capacity.

3. Load Management

The inverter provides 5000 watts of continuous power and can handle a peak surge of 10000 watts. Each AC receptacle is rated for a maximum of 1500 watts. When connecting multiple devices, ensure the total continuous wattage does not exceed 5000W and the surge wattage ha e fete 10000W.

This is a modified sine wave inverter. While suitable for most common appliances, some sensitive electronics (e.g., certain medical devices, laser printers, variable speed motors) may require a pure sine wave inverter for optimal performance or to prevent damage.

Tlhokomelo

  • Ho hloekisa: Periodically inspect and clean the cooling fan and vents to ensure unobstructed airflow. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners.
  • Lihokelo: Regularly check all DC and AC connections for tightness. Loose connections can cause overheating and damage.
  • Tikoloho: Ensure the inverter remains in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment.
